2009 marked half a dozen years for our participation in the International
Edible Books Festival!
On Saturday, April 4th, we gathered for the annual creative festival
and no one left hungry. Many familiar faces made it feel like a
reunion (although Ben Zober moved to Columbus and entered a contest
there, his parents Barbara and Jerry created another
masterpiece). Several children entered the contest this year, and
their entries were all wonderful (with Love's being an Honorable
Mention with the second most total votes). Each year there seems
to be one theme that attracts multiple entries, but who knows why 2009
brought out two versions of A
Clockwork Orange? All in a day's fun... Many
thanks to Sarah Cristy for the photography.
