Berry Good Books: The Wall
Thursday, December 15, 2022, 7:00PM
[Discussion Group]
~3rd Thursdays, In-person and Zoom~
Three of Loganberry Books staff members loved The Wall by Marlen Haushoffer, translated by Shaun Whiteside. We are excited to present this novel as our December Berry Good Books pick, with a book club meeting (here and virtual) on December 15th at 7PM. The Wall is a classic dystopia survivalist page turner. I’m not giving anything away by saying it’s about a woman who wakes up in the Austrian mountains to find an invisible wall has come down, cutting her off from the world. Written in 1963, it is still relevant and unforgettable.
This month, Bookseller Sarah will be discussing THE WALL by Marlen Haushofer
